Hello,i want to know step by step procedure of configuring d link switch des-1008d

Assuming you have a router or some type of DHCP server connected to the switch, there is no configuration , just plug in power and network connections and it works. If there isn't any routers or DHCP server connected, You will need to setup each of your devices your connect to the switch, with an IP address like 192.168.1.100, and the next device gets 192.168.1.101 ect..
By the way If you are trying to share internet between devices, a switch isn't going to help your, your need to look for a router.
