Hey guys, as the title suggests im just a bit confused on why passmark Performance test is giving me such a low score on my Memory mark. The results are as follows :

Memory allocate small block: 5855
Memory read cache: 3175
memory read uncahced: 2995
Memory write: 3338
Memory large ram: 2744.

The first 4 scores are very similar to other computers i have compared it with, but the last score is 80% lower than another computer. Any reason to why that is?? Its the last score that makes my overall ram score terrible.

My relevant system specs are:
i7-950 @ 4.4ghz
12gb Patriot sector 7 ram Stock clock @ 2000mhz (4gx3)

are you overclocking the system? possibly a default in BIOS is slowing the RAM speed down. you might see the BIOS has your RAM defaulted as 1333MHz. I've seen this in several forums and that's what they have reported that the BIOS defaulted to 1333.

Yes ive already checked that and it seems to be running at 1960mhz, i dont think the speed is the problem though, cause the final test examines the rams space doesnt it? so the bigger the rams gb the higher the "memory large ram" score would be? I saw computers with only 8gb score higher in this area than me. Could it be the NB frequency?
