Unable to turn on bluetooth an Atheros AR9002WB-1NGCD chip

I wanted wifi and bluetooth combo card for my PC (not laptop), so I've bought Atheros AR9002WB-1NGCD mini-pcie chip and mini-pcie to pcie adapter with antennas. Windows has recognized a wifi, but not bluetooth. I think that the problem is that by default wifi is turned on the chip, but not bluetooth, and to control it I need to use wireless switch button or FN + F# button combination. But, because my PC is not a laptop, I can't do it. Do you have any solution for that?
