Upgrade Old Machine for HTPC

Hello,

The boss is letting me have an old Dell Optiplex GX745 small form factor.

Processor: Pentium Core2Duo @ 1.86 Ghz
Memory: 1 GB
Optical Drive: CD RW/DVD RW
Hard Drive: 80 GB


Ideally I would like to install XBMC Live (or some variant) and keep the processor.

I am looking for advice for a compatible video card, TV Tuner, and RAM upgrades

For the graphics card I'd get something cheap like an HD 6450 then I'd upgrade the RAM to either 2GB or 4GB.
