Wil this ram be okay with this desktop pc?

Hi , I've recently got a new desktop pc and i was wondering would this ram be okay

The specs are..
The computer is a old dekstop pc running on windows xp now was on vista.
Has 512mb sdram buffalo select and its ddr2 aswell.
Gigabyte GA-945GZM -S2 mobo
Dont think it's worth putting anymore infomation. I can if wanted.

I thought it would be okay as there both DDR2.

I think you only have 2 slots that will hold a maximum of 2gb total so you can only have 2 1gb sticks. So no it will not work
