Physical memmory dump error for display drivers for win 7

Hello,
im install win 7 os with ati radion 6900 graphic car drivers from cd ,but it is work at 10 to 15 mnt then later physical memorry dump error blue screen & restart my workstation.6 gb ram,win 7 64bit,intel DX 55 extreem board With i7 processor.please solve this problem

Im change the memmory ,graphic card ,power supply ,reinstall the win 7 64 bit.but problem not solve.

Update all your drivers.
Set your bios to default or do not OC, CPU, GPU, and Memory. Set your memory timing to spec (do not OC).

Reduce your memory module to start width (if possible)

Get the latest driver for your GPU.

What PSU are you using (model and brand)?
