Wait until Cyber Monday to Complete Build (Optical Drive, HDD, PSU)?

I've taken advantage of Black Friday to buy the following:

i2500k $200
asus gene IV $170
Coolermaster CM690 Advanced $70
EVGA GTX 570 $340
G.Skills Ripjaw 4x4gb $60
Windows 7 x64 OEM $100

I still need:
an optical drive (DVD burner is fine, but I'll go for BD if it's cheap/on sale),
HDD (looking for 1TB, but considering sales on a 240gb SSD because of the price/performance),
and a PSU (considering Seasonic Gold 750W for $110; is this overkill/a good deal?)

Pricewise, I'm currently at $940 and trying to stay under $1200. This computer will be used for gaming (BF3, Skyrim, Shogun 2, Stalker: Call of Pripyat). I don't plan on using SLI or heavily overclocking (maybe just bump up the 2500k under stock cooling) in the future. I will pay extra for reliability/ low noise.

Please recommend components and whether I should buy them today or wait until Monday. Does Newegg have additional good sales on Cyber Monday?

Thanks for your help! The articles and forums forums have been extremely helpful for a first time builder.

If you see what you want today, buy today. The best deals may be gone by Monday.

Look for a Xigmatek gaia for $5 after rebate:

The Seasonic X750 is a good deal, but a bit more than you need for a GTX570.
A Good 550w unit will do the job.

If a ssd will hold what you need, I would go for that.
Here is a good deal on a 160gb Intel 320 ssd for $155 after rebate:

If you run out of room, just add a hard drive later when the prices come back down.
