Upgrading system (gaming)

Hello, I'm planning on upgrading my system, its for mostly gaming, my budget is about $400, I will post my current system and the parts im planning on getting right now to stick to the budget and later upgrade other components, please tell me what you think, for I am trying to take advantage of the whole black Friday sales, Thank you in advance.

Current spec:

Mobo: BIOSTAR TP45E XE LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz

GPU: BFG Tech GeForce 9800 GT OC 1GB

RAM: G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2

OS: Windows XP sp3 (will upgrade to Win 7 64-bit if upgrading)

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint P series 200gb

PSU: TOPOWER X3 Series ZU-550W

Save some cash on the mobo. The i3 can't OC so go for an H instead of the Z.
I'm sure someone else can help with specifics

It's still not an OC'ing chip. you need an i5 2500k for that - if you can do it you should.
Or go for the 2400 and still save on the mobo.
