Many older boards have trouble running ver 2.1 GPU's like the HD6670, the best I would recommend matched with pentium D is HD4670. I do not think the CPU upgrade is going to matter much and money would be better saved for a newer system, even budget pentium G620 on H61 motherboard would be a massive upgrade.

PCIexpress X16 version 2.1 cards have had no video issue in boards with version 1.x slot! Some manufacturers fixed it with BIOS upgrade but not nearly on all their products. Pentium 4 630 was pretty much a single core version of Pentium D.

You will be disappointed with P4 . Crysis indeed need modern processors. 6670 will work though .

Even with a top cpu a 6670 is not going to give you all that great performance. So with a Pentium 4 you can expect to have low fps at even the lowest setings

will that be playable , i mean wt is the minimum playable fps required even on low setting as you said ... all i need is that the game should be playable i am not after high settings even low settings or medium will work for me and what about the graphic card is ati radeon hd 6670 good or there is an better option , will it be compatable with future motherboards supporting pci x 16 3.0 version so that the graphic card will be future ready when i go for my processor +mobo upgrade. will it support amd s crossfire technology.
i dont undrstnd it clearly to run a high graphics game a good graphics card is much more important than the processor .
