would i notice a performance increase with 2133 over the 1866 and 1600 gskill ram?

No. Unless you have an AMD A series APU or using Intel Integrated graphics.

You will not at all notice any performance improvement.
Even going from 1333Mhz RAM to 2133Mhz you would not notice any real-world improvements.
