I have upgraded this stock HP desktop (HP Pavilion P6597c) with Foxconn H-Alpinia-RS780L-uATX from 225W to PSU ANTEC|650W EA-650 GREEN RT because I added LG WH12LS38K 12X Blu-Ray/DVD Burner, Lightscribe Support Writer/Driver and WD 1.5 GB Black Caviar sata hard disk. The integrated graphics will not render BluRay so I would like to upgrade with a compatible PCIexpress X16 Graphic Card. I don't know if this is capable of greater than version 1.1 PCIexpress X16. (I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with 6 GB of RAM). I have not updated the original Bios but found some bios updates at http://www.mxdatarecovery.net/driversdownload/foxconn--h-alpinia-rs780L-uatx--motherboard.html

Can you recommend what I should look for in a graphics card that will render BluRay and HDTV/streaming from HULU and Netflix without hesitation? Should I be looking at an AMD since the processor is AMD or any specific brand that will do a better job than another? I don't want to spend more than necessary - no gaming involved. I would like to have DVI/HDMI/and VGA outputs and be able to run a minimum of 2 monitors with HDTV being one.

Would this card be acceptable? Sapphire 100292DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 Video Card - 1GB, DDR3, PCI-Express 2.0 (x16), Dual-Link DVI, HDMI, VGA, DirectX 11, Single-Slot, Low Profile- http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=149617&CatId=358

Thanks in advance.
