Maybe a mid tower will be enough for you. I doubt you will be running a complex water-cooling system with multiple GPUs, so a full tower isn't really necessary, especially the HAF X. You can easily find a HAF mid tower similar to the HAF X. What's your budget anyway?

Sounds like a really solid build. a good deal on the i5 if you dont have to drive 200 mi like I would have to.
Also look at the asus maximus iv gene-z mobo. You would save $20.00 dollars and have all of the same features and maybe even more. You could use the extra 20 bucks to help you get a small (like 30-60G) ssd and take advantage of the smartdrive technology that comes with the z68 chipset This would really boost boot times and favorite application load times.
