Forum Systems : New Build Need opinions on this AMD Quad Core gaming build

Please tell me what you think. I'll be using the computer for gaming high - ultra settings. (Diablo 3, BF3, Skyrim, SC2) Not sure if I need a better PSU or if 650 is sufficient. 1st build gonna try to O.C. Thanks for any input. Anything I could downgrade on the list without affecting performance by much than please make some suggestions.

change the processor to a fx 4100, it overclocks like a beast( like 4.6ghz) and the mobo you have chosen is very nice and can reach that frequency
650w can handle i easily
