I am starting a small business and will be using this Pc for Webhosting/Game Hosting, But myself also being a gamer, will game on it. I only play Call of duty and Minecraft. My question is, which is better?

The Intel Xeon will have 96GB ECC RAM, and a GTX 580 with a Intel 320 600GB SSD

The Intel I7EX will have 64GB RAM, and a GTX 580 SLI with a Intel 320 600GB SSD

That is if you can find a server board that is capable of higher end gaming. If this machine is going to be used as a server/work/gaming/multimedia/HTPC/whatever else we use a PC for, then a Xeon is not what you need. A 3960X represents bad value for money so a 3930K should more than surfice and you can have a lot of fun on it.

The long and short is that a Xeon is not designed with any kind of gaming in mind. SB-e is a washed down desktop grade server platform with tons of fun.
