I can't see any reason why those things won't work together.

RAM isn't listed anywhere that I can see, but that is a potential point of failure.

As long as you get 1333 RAM, you should be fine.

Whether or not that is the best way to spend your budget is up for debate, but there shouldn't be any good reason for it not to work if you just buy those things and shove them in a case together.
