i am deciding from switching from the old pentium d to a newer pc
here are its specs

hd 5770
cooler master extreme pwoer plus rs 500
kingston 4 gb ddr 3 ram
core i3 2100
p8h61 assus mother board


would this be suitable for all the latest games and can i use mods like enb on games with these specs?
can u also suggest a cheap good casing becasue i dont have much money left
