From most to least important: Music production, Video editing, Gaming

Right now I'm planning on:

RAM & POWER SUPPLY: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB & COOLER MASTER GX Series RS650-ACAAE3-US 650W

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit - OEM

I still need to figure:

Hard Disk?

Optical drive?

Also a case

So far, what do you think? will it be a good build, or should I change a few things?
What would you recommend as far as hard disk, optical drive, and a case. and mabey other things that i'm missing?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks

First: I would change the cooler to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
Saves some money and gives great overclocking, i doubt you'd be trying to OC your i5 to 5GHz (which is what water cooling is for).

2nd: Get this HDD: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Western+Digital+-+Caviar+Black+1TB+Internal+Serial+ATA+Hard+Drive+for+Desktops/8909595.p?id=1213047091732&skuId=8909595
It's pretty cheap compared to NewEgg

3rd: You can go with a cheap optical drive, not really important, something like this will suffice:

4th: This is a cool case that is pretty cheap:
