AMD Phenom II X2 555 vs 15 250k

Hey I have the AMD Phenom II X2 555 overclocked to 3.5 GHZ and unlocked to 4 cores, Now in BF3 and Annon 2707 how much faster will the 2500K or i7-2600K be, and will i notices any incrase in speed with 2 X 460 GTX?

How much are you willing to spend to increase performance?
A new CPU/MB combo and/or a GPU upgrade are both options.
