Why it doesnt work installation aol ?

i have problem with aol... i called dell for virus and they help to clean up my virus and fix it.. all fixed.. done with them ... i tried to sign on aol and it wont work at all...i tried to sign aol on many times and still not work so i remove aol and do reinstall aol.. it tell me somethin about missing ... never problem with aol before

Your problem is using AOL, and calling Dell for virus removal.
Take your PC to a local computer store, and have a computer technician help you with your issue. Hopefully you take it to a small business in your town, and help support local businesses in your area.
