I'm looking to upgrade my computers RAM, with an emphasis on gaming performance. Which one of these two Dual Channel RAM kits will give me the greatest benefit in gaming performance?

Each set of Ram is made by the same manufactuere, one is DDR3 1600 with the timings (8-8-8-24) and the other is DDR3 1866 with the timings (9-10-9-28). Keeping the above question in mind, what is more important to gamming performance timings ( 8-8-8-24 vs 9-10-9-28) or overall speed (meaning 1600 vs 1866)?

Details Below -

G-Skill: DDR3 - 1600
Cas Latency: 8
Voltage: 1.5V
Timings: 8-8-8-24

G-Skill: DDR3 - 1866
Cas Latency: 9
Voltage: 1.5V
Timings: 9-10-9-28

Thanks for taking a look.

Solution
Each set is equally fast but it is better to get the 1st set as you can then lower the frequency to the fsb speed to have a better experience.

Thanks for the reply! I'm a little confused by the answer. Each set of RAM that I posted is DDR3. The major difference's between the two is the timings vs. the overall operating speed. So your saying that the overall speed (1866) would give me greater gaming performance over better timings?
