Going to get either monitor. Not sure which one is better, so ill take any suggestions.

Maybe I'm underestimating the 3ms difference, but I think the smaller one, at $15 cheaper, MUCH better contrast, and slightly better viewing angle is well worth the 1.5" size difference.
