Gaming laptop for under $450

What's a good laptop that can handle games for under 450$?( I'm fine with playing on low settings.

"games" is a bit too broad.
If its something like Battlefield 3 Skyrim of MW3, I honestly don't know that a $450 laptop could run them acceptably.
SWTOR? Possible at low settings of you find a good deal.
WoW? Yes, most $450 laptops would be able to run it at low, or even medium settings.

A $10-20 budget game from Steam or a discount rack at wal mart? Most likely can be done with most $450 laptops.

I'm sorry, but "Gaming laptop" and "$450" are mutually exclusive. Need at least double that.

make sure get a laptop with discrete card like 540M that will do for skyrim in low settings

Based on what's currently available on Newegg you have two choices. Both are basically identical except the HP has a 640GB HDD instead of 500GB and it requires a mail-in rebate to bring down the price into your budget.

The Acer states that the CPU L2 cache is 2MB while the HP's cache is 1MB. The A4-3305M only has 1MB of L2 cache.

No way a laptop for $450 will have a nVidia GT 540M unless it is used or maybe refurbished.
