I would beware of the CX430. Corsair in general makes some of the best PSUs, but there was a bad batch of CX430s in particular not long ago. The $24.99 after rebate on Newegg is a killer price, but no way of telling whether these are part of that batch or not.

Another PSU in the 400W-500W range that you might consider is the Thermaltake TR2 430W. They're a favorite for the mix of price and reliability. I've installed many and never had a single one show an issue. They're also at a super price right now:

The PSUs you listed are not 80+ certified...much less reaching the Bronze or higher certification levels. Getting a cheaper PSU might save a little on the PSU now, but you'll lose money on power in the long run. For a PC with your anticipated usage I would recommend a good quality PSU with a 80+ bronze or higher efficiency rating. For your specs a good quality 300W PSU would be sufficient. Some options to consider:
1. Antec Earthwatts 380. Actually has same 12V wattage rating as the CX430 and the FSP. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033&Tpk=antec%20earthwatts%20380
2. FSP Aurum Gold 400W. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104096
Going a bit overboard...
3. Rosewill Capstone 550W (Gold cert) way more power than you need but only $20 more than the FSP... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068
4. Antec Earthwatts Platinum 450W. More power and high cost... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371054

Among those three I would go for the FSP Aurum Gold or the Antec Earthwatts. Just my 2 cents...
