Buying a New PC

I'm looking for a medium budget (INR 50,000 +/- 5,000) Desktop PC

2 PCs available in India that I could shortlist (suiting my needs and my budget) were:

-- DELL XPS 8300

-- HP Pavilion Slimline s5688d (BU032AA)

I don't have any idea about how to assemble a computer starting from scratch so, I have no idea about how to choose components to build it up as well. Suggestions on a assembling option are welcome, but please list down the most essential, compatible components like CPU, GPU and PSU.

My priority/highlights list is:

1. GPU - atleast 1GB, Sapphire HD 6770 or more

2. CPU - i5 2320 or above + Best Compatible Motherboard possible (Kindly list the price)

3. Case which could accommodate it all.
