Asrock z68 extreme3 gen3 won't boot. Code 19

Hi. I just got a new case and I moved my parts over. Now it won't boot and comes up with code 19 which means Pre-memory South Bridge initialization is started. I have checked all of my ram sticks because I read that might be the problem but no luck. I don't think the motherboard was damaged and besides my case no parts were changed.

Maybe a ram stick isn't seated all the way in. Try resetting the bios; remove the board battery for about one minute.
