Completeing my custom Gaming PC

Im getting to looking into all the parts ill be purchasing. I have decided on the i7-3770k, GeForce GTX 680, and am now stuck on motherboards. I am primarily focused on the Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe. Is this a good choice? I want this computer to run any game i may play at high speeds. Money isnt too big of an issue, but I'm not going crazy on the computer either
