New Graphiccard, is it compatible with motherboard?

Hello all of you wonderful people.
After being baked twice, my dear Geforce 9800GTX+ is now being put to rest. After consulting different sites i found the new grapich partner, MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC (1 GB)
I am confident inside a computer, but i've wondered how to check if my new future investment will fit on my motherboard, before i purchase.
Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
Old card:
Geforce 9800GTX+
New card:
MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC (1 GB)
Will it fit?
