What BIOS Version to Flash to?

I'm needing to update to the latest BIOS on my ASUS Maximus II Formula. Right now it's 0901 and the latest BIOS REV. is 2302, 5 or 6 revisions latter. My question is, can I update it to the latest BIOS rev. in one step, or do I need to go in steps by step and do each update in order? I would rather only flash the BIOS one time, even thought the board has dual BIOS.

You can update to the newest version in one step. Do not update the bis if you aren't having any problems.
