Amd 960t. quick question

running a asrock extreme 3 mobo, used the turbo UCC,

checked devices, shows 6 processors, installed cpuid, says im running 6 cores and 6 threads

hear alot of talk about 960t's having a bad 5th core, how would i check/make sure that i really
unlocked my CPU to a 6 core & if all cores are functioning properly??

run prime95 that will show up any duff cores
