Consider that the Seasonic S12II 520W PSU provides 40A on the 12V rails...not looking good for the Coonix. I wouldn't put this PSU near my computer, much less inside it...
Edit: Corrected link to a 700W vice 600W Coonix. It's interesting that 600W data sheet states the 12V ratings at 18A/rail continuous and 21.5A/rail peak. The 700W unit only lists 22.5A/rail...could this be a rebadged 600W using the peak ratings instead of continuous? It would be itneresting to get this thing on a bench to see what power it can actually provide...

yes, your power supply is crap. but that doesn't mean its not adequate for your build, depending on the other hardawre. It probably wont last more than a year though.
