I need a rig, DIY or pre built don't care, that really only needs to handle running SWTOR and like vent. Thats basically all I imagine I'm gonna use it for. But as the thread title suggests I'm on a strict budget but don't know how much it is yet so as cheap as possible. for argument sake lets say anything under $500

Budget Range: 200-500 but cheaper the better (after rebates)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: game Star Wars: The Old Republic, vent, web surfing
Parts Not Required: i have a monitor and i have a windows 7 OS
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: new egg mainly, but any reliable site is fine with me
