Temp concerns

Hello,sorry if this is the wrong place to post.
my mobo is intl DH55PJ with i3 processor at 3.06ghz.H55 chipset
its showing core 1 35C
core 2 37C
VR temp 42C
and PCH temp 59C
also processor fan 1024 rpm ( no load)

So i wanna ask is that normal.?and what is PCH and why its temp is high.
also is my processor fan speed ok..??

PCH is the south Bridge 59C is fine

is the big silver heatsink next of the SATA.... becuase no fan on top it regular is higher temp once below 70c still ok...

your fan speed is OK .... and sometime if you enable silent it may even down to 6xx rpm... your cpu temp is good
