ATI 3200

I have a DM3 I'm using for a flight simulator. My FPS at best res is dropping below 15. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Probably more info is needed to give an answer so please let me know what relevant info is helpful. I know that card is not rally a card but on the motherboard but do they allow for a card or accelerator ?

Sorry but on the vast majority of laptop computers, including yours, the graphics are not upgradeable.
