Help With New Gaming PC.

Hi, Thanks for your attention. Im new so thanks for your help.

So... I'm getting a new parts for my PC because its getting behind running new Video games like MW3, BF3, Fallout Etc...

Im thinking in something like this:

CPU: i5 2500k ($235+-)
GPU: Radeon HD 6950 2GB DDR5 ($278+-)
Motherboard: Intel Dp55Kg Extreme Series ($170+-)

I would be like to get some recomendations about if this features are ok or should get something else about the same price ($680 + -)

My Actual Rig: (I KNOW ITS LAME )

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 @ 2.13GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8600Gs 512 MB Overclocked.
RAM: 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits (should i 64bits?)

im against intel mobos as they lack features. and suck at overclocking.
just get a cheap p67 or z68 mobo. should cost around $100

if you can wait 3 months AMD is coming out with new video cards.

i say get 8GB of ram, its crazy cheap and worth it to get more than 4. which makes 64bit windows necessary.

Well what do you need? Just the three you listed above or a whole new rig?
