Triple-screen help

so i am running a HD4890 at the moment and want to use 3 screens, although the HD4890 only supports 2.
is it possible to put my old Ge-force 7600GT in and run the 3rd screen off that, this will only be temporary as i am looking at buying a HD6950 2gb, i will be on 3 x 17'' LCD's each at 1280x1024,

on a side note, is the HD6950 2gb my best choice? or can i get a better card for the same price?

Dude, 1*HD6950 2GB is for something like 5760*1080 IMO.
at just 3840*1024, I think a single HD6850 would do wonders

thanks for the help, but will the 2gb model be a better choice for me? i don't particularly want to fork out the extra money, but if it would be better, then i will.
