I have a water cooled I7 2600k @3.8ghz, i get temps of 51c under load playing BF3 Ultra settings, this high for water cooling?? cause 1090T @3.6ghz was allot lower

What kind of water cooling you have?(Brand) That temps under load is normal.

Hello CulabunT;

What do your temps look like when the 2600K is running @ 4.5Ghz?

I don't know what voltage and and stuff needed to run the CPU stable @4.5ghz, I'm new to overclocking.

also my water cooling kit is --> XSPC Rasa 750 RX240 Universal CPU Water Cooling Kit

Have a look over in the overclocking section if your new to this, theres a Sandy bridge clocking guide, if you can lower voltages then that will help temps,
RX240 love btw :)
temps aren't anything to worry about, but lower is always better hehe

In my opinion 51c is nothing to be worried about at all and is infact pretty damn good

but my mate has his cpu air cooled and getting the same temps as me, he has the SpinQ

According to ryan, the rx240kit has a horrible pump/res. The only decent thing in there is the Radiator! Anyways, my temperatures with a hyper 212 evo push pull and my 2600k@4.5ghz with 1.285voltage. Are at 55-58 across all four cores under 100% load (last checked temps after a 7 hour occt run)

hi i was wondering i know im stealing someones post here but i have a core i7 2930qm i think macbook pro and its running at full load 95c!!! is this normal my desktop pc i7 2600k runs at 50c????
