Looking for a nice mouse

my bro does not like his current mouse (got it 5 yrs ago) so i decided to look 4 1 4 him (since im more of a pc savvy than him) so i was thinking of getting him the cyborg r.a.t. 7 gaming mouse but i dont know if thats what i should get my price range is up to like 90-100 dollars but he wants it to have lights that can be red (wireless is not 100% necessary but would be a nice plus)

also just found the razer naga molten looks nice but would kinda like it to be wireless

razer naga epic looks good (even though its a little bit out of my budget range i think i can be a little flexible but would like to find a better deal if possible
