9800GX2 Equivalent or Better GPU?

Hi Guys, I want to know what cards are better than the 9800GX2 (which I owned and it died) I dont know about the current charts as everything has changed, the number series too . My budget is around 150$ though. ATI or Nvidia, I have E8400 and my resolution is 1280x720

Thats a very low resolution and honestly you are going to have to upgrade your monitor And your CPU to buy the latest cards.The only worthwile upgrade from the 9800 GX2 is a 6870 or a gtx 560.Bear in mind that the difference between the gx2 and these cards is not that huge
