Hello Guys,
I updated Windows automatically on my laptop the got the error msg. Am using 3G+ modem.
The modem can however still send and receive sms. Only problem is internet connection.
HELP.

Your error message cut off. But some basic things to do here. Re-install the drivers (remove the modem from Device Manger, re-install it), it may also need to have a firmware update done, the cell based modems should do that automatically when connecting, make sure you allow it to update. Make sure you are using the latest version of the connection software that comes with the modem.
