So if you are talking about DDR5 ram of graphics card then it can, but it cannot support DDR5 ram for desktop.

Ram for the graphics card has nothing (no effect) on ram specs for your motherboard. It's the power supply that matters, especially the rating for 12v rail(s) in amps. Some graphics cards have minumum requirements in wattage, but a good sign of stability is the listing for 12v rails. Some cheaper power supplies don't even list this spec.
