Weird graphics card problem

well i just bought a geforce 550 gtx ti but when im playing a game like bf3 or cs il get these weird lines on my screen when i move the mouse left to right, but when i stand still everything is fine. could there be something wrong with my graphics card? or monitor?

the line is like distorted graphics.

Their are many many bugs with the BF3 Beta so don't use that as a way of determining a problem.
How often does it happen in CS?
Does it happen in any other games?

well it happens in bad company too. everytime i move my mouse left to right the graphics gets distorted

That could be an error caused by something else not the GPU.

do you think its my cpu? yeah its weird my graphics gets distorted everytime i move my mouse left and right in video games. im going to call new egg and nvidia tomorrow.
