Hi there guys.
I recently realised that my laptop is completely obsolete in terms of gaming, it only has a Radeon HD 5145, and decided to price up and build a gaming PC on budget. However upon researching components I ran into an issue that I hope you guys can solve.

I am looking at getting a Fractal Design Core 1000 Series Micro ATX Case and an Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 AMD 760G motherboard but I am not sure that the graphics card I am looking at getting, the MSI HD7850 Twin Frozr OC AMD Graphics Card, will fit the motherboard.

I know that the case should fit the card as the case supposedly supports cards up to 300mm in length but the motherboard looks more dubious. If you can in anyway help by confirming that it will or won't fit the motherboard I will be most grateful.

I was thinking the actual physical fit. I know the card would go into the PCI-e x16 but I was wondering if anyone knew if the card's heat pipes would mean that it would clip the PCI next to the PCI-e.
