ATI Radion Sapphire Wont Post

Hello, I just built a computer My mobo is a ASRock Sata2-GLAN, The PC seems to be booting but there is no video on the screen. I am using a ATI Sapphire X1950 Pro, I have 2 card and they both do the same thing, any ideas what is going on?
