Ram doesn't want to work after sleeping windows 7

Hey guys, I have had a problem for a while now that if I sleep my windows 7 machine then when I try to power it on in the morning it doesn't want to boot up. So the the ram light turns on (sabertooth x58 mobo btw) and it just won't boot up, the way I partially solved this was by removing one of the sticks and then pressing the memOK button then reinstall the one stick. Even though this works every time I do it, it gets really annoying and I can't really keep my sidepanel on. Please HELP!
