Upgraded ram gives dram red light.

I have been using a ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 motherboard with Corsair High Perform Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz 2x4GB for a few months now with no problems. For Christmas I got 2 more 4GB Corsair High Perform Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz. It won't boot into post with all 4 sticks in but it will boot in with 3. All the RAM sticks are working fine and every slot works fine. I have tried a bunch of different combinations. It will boot with 1,2,3 RAM sticks installed but not 4. There is a solid red light that is indicated as the DRAM_LED thats stays on. Has anyone had this problem before?

I have tried a lot of things and can't seem to find the problem. I find it strange that it works with 12GB or RAM but not 16GB. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you manually set timings or rates then you well have to set them to default. Its really not worth worrying about anyway as you computer will barely use 8GB and the new ram will never really be used for anything
