MSI BIOS issue

MB I'm using: P67a-G45

I recently updated my bios from the 1.J bios to the newest 5.3 bios.
Everything has been working perfectly fine.
Except for one major issue that has recently come to light,
I can't get into the bios when I restart.
Upon boot it posts and all of that good stuff, then boots to windows. No problems here.
But if I press "esc," "f2," or "f9" I either get Windows Boot Manger or it boots to windows.
No BIOS access? And if I bricked my board I shouldn't be able to boot...?

I've looked into 'downgrading' my bios to 1.J again and seeing if that fixes things and allows me to OC.
I haven't had any luck doing that either.
Tried booting to dos and using AMI updater but anytime I try to run "afude238 e7752ins.220" is says it was unable to read the file...

I've google'd and have found similar issues but none quite like mine.

It might be a BIOS bug. Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for few minutes). At restart the system should wait for F1 and you should be able to access the BIOS.
