Windows 7 64 bit

Cooler Master 212 120 mm sleeve CPU cooler

Great build! Some suggestions...

You don't need the sound card. There's no noticeable difference between sound from a card and built in.

You should go for the Ripjaws X series rather than the Ripjaws series. Ripjaws X looks better (that's the only reason I recommend it. :D  )

Go for the ASUS P8Z68-V. It's newer and a bit cheaper.

Also the HAF X is a huuuge case, and expensive. I think a HAF 922 is plenty of room, maybe a 932 if you need extra harddrive space etc. They all provide very good airflow.

Xonar DX sounds way better than the mobo, what a joke. Its a night and day difference.

The mobo I picked is cheaper than the P8z68 v

The P8Z68-V is cheaper than the P8P67 in my country. :D
