Or
Gigabyte skt z77x d3h

Which would overclock better and has nicer features?

I would prefer asrock because it gives best result for me go for extreme 6 if your budget allows no idea about gigabyte

Gigabyte ALL THE WAY, it's much better than the extreme 4
