Picked up some great parts for cheap during the black friday sale. What do you think of my build so far and do you think I got a good deal for these?

CPU: i5 2500k ($150)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200 500gb ($60)
RAM: GSkill Ripjaw X Series 8GB DDR3 2133 ($60)
PSU: Corsair Enthusiasts series 650W SLi Ready 80Plus certified ($70 after MIR)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit ($80)
Case: CM Storm Scout ($60 after MIR)

I will be picking up additional parts in the near future.
Mobo:
GPU:

Still not 100% decided on the mobo but I think I will go with the Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3. What are your thoughts on this purchase? Should I go for something cheaper?

Last but not least, is this 650W PSU too much power for using only 1 card? Can this PSU power 560 Ti SLi setup?

Sorry for newbie questions, I'm fairly new to this.

THanks. Picked up the Seagate HDD for $29 on amazon after gift card and promotions applied :)

asus p8z68 v-pro/gen3 goes for about $220 now. I missed the deal where they had it on newegg for $180 because i hesitated from the label reading "p8z68 v-pro" without the gen3 behind. should i save some money and just go for the asrock?

how is asrock's product quality and customer service?
