I Have a CPU with the specifications given below please tell me which graphic is best for my PC

For your resolution, ATI radeon HD 5770/6770 would be quite more than enough, it wont need an additional PSU wattage.
If budget is not your concern, then you can go for the higher ones.
But I would recommend not to go beyond that, because it wont be a good deal, as your resolution is limited to 1366 X 768.

He might be having minimum 450watt PSU, and that will be good for those cards.
Yes, making sure of it will help, but he cannot have anything lower than that. Thats an assumption.
PSU, you'll need at least 450 watt, or 500watt will do better.
Since he's got 2nd gen processor, it makes sense that his build is newer. And he might have minimum of 450 watt PSU.
If you dont, go for coolermaster..!!
And your budget, and motherboard model please..!!
